Lakeside Resort is your base for your trips into the rugged Kimberley. From here you can venture out to the Bungle Bungles, Purnulu National Park, the famous Gibb River Road and the Mitchell Plateau. Premier King Rooms
Recently refurbished in April 2014, these motel rooms offer serenity, comfort and relaxation. Offering either a king or Twin king singles, a comfy chair, a desk, 36 inch TV and views to die for, over the lake or the garden. These rooms bring a new, city corporate, style to Kununurra.
All rooms include continental breakfast within the tariff.
Self-Catering Rooms
These rooms look out on to a central lawned area. These one roomed units have an ensuite, airconditioning, queen size bed, settee, TV and small kitchenette which contains a fridge, microwave, toaster, electric fry pan, private BBQ and cooking utensils. Linen is provided but there is no daily service.

A place for dinner under a million stars Here you can find a true dining experience with a rich variety of gourmet cuisine incorporating locally grown produce. In the warmer month, November to April, the Durack Room offers an A la Carte menu in an airconditioned environment. During the cooler months our outdoor garden "Sails" Bar & Restaurant is open. Situated amongst the palms and close to the lake, it offers a casual relaxed place to experience one of our famous speciality buffets or dine from the bistro menu. Sails Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is the ideal place to relax with a cooling drink whilst watching the sun setting over the lake.
